We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Medior/Senior PHP Developer to become a key part of our development team. Someone whose work will help us further develop our successful, long-term projects. Location: Prague
Employment Type: Full-Time (on-site and up to 2 days per week remote)

In this role, you will be

  • Play a key role in the development of the software components of our long-term projects.
  • Communicate regularly with other team members, product owners and developers.
  • To design, implement and test new features and enhancements to our products to specification to ensure good performance, functionality and high levels of security.
  • Analyze and identify problems, participate in their resolution and prevention.
  • Create technical specifications and participate in team work planning.

What we expect from you

  • You have extensive experience with PHP and relational SQL databases.
  • You know some of the PHP frameworks.
  • You know how to write unit tests.
  • You are an experienced Git user.
  • Experience in performance profiling of PHP code is an advantage.
  • You are well versed in Linux.

Typescript React Developer – video cloud and IP camera applications

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic TypeScript React / React Native developer to join our development team. Someone whose work will help us further develop our successful, long-term projects. Do you have a good understanding of front-end programming using React Native and can also work well with backend technologies? If so, you’re our guy and get in touch. In this role, you will be

  • Develop new user interface components using React Native.
  • Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS.
  • Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Maintain the existing code base.
  • Convert designs and wireframes into quality code.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance on various devices and web-enabled browsers.
  • Integrate front-end components with backend services.

What we expect from you

  • You really understand React Native and its basic principles.
  • You have experience in mobile development – React Native or native development (Java/Swift).
  • You have a good understanding of JavaScript/Typescript, including DOM and JavaScript object model manipulation.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs is a big advantage and experience with MobX and Vite is also a plus.
  • You are familiar with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
  • You have the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • You understand English – to communicate in an international team .
  • Knowledge of agile practices is an advantage.

Technical Support / Helpdesk – IP Cameras & Video Cloud

Would you like to be part of the technical support team behind NetRex’s cloud video services, used by hundreds of companies in the Czech Republic and abroad? Are you into technology and IT? Do you enjoy testing hardware and software—and does it make your day when you uncover a hidden bug? If yes, keep reading—we’d love to meet you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll join our four-person support team.
  • You’ll handle support requests via phone or our ticketing system (we use Zendesk).
  • You’ll coordinate camera system installations, including hardware preparation and configuration.
  • You’ll test existing and upcoming features of our system and collaborate with our product managers and developers to improve them.
  • Occasionally, you may need to build something, solder, perform basic on-site service, or create technical documentation.


What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Czech language skills.
  • Solid English skills – enough to communicate with clients via email (a higher level is definitely a plus).
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Understanding of computer networks and current technologies, hands-on experience with building or repairing hardware, and at least a basic understanding of electronics.
  • Bonus points for experience with Unix-based systems, terminal usage, or knowledge of network video.
  • Technical high school education is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Reliability and attention to detail are a must.
