Employment Type: Full-Time (on-site and up to 2 days per week remote)
In this role, you will be
- Actively support the development of team members, passing on their knowledge and experience, and helping them grow in their professional careers.
- Responsible for high quality code, tracking and maintaining best practices in development.
- Program and assist with code review.
- Create technical specifications and participate in team work planning.
- Work closely with product managers, other team leaders, product owners and developers.
What we expect from you
- Strong focus on code sustainability, experience with code review processes.
- Ability to share your deep understanding of PHP, Doctrine ORM and other relevant technologies.
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with unit tests, ability to implement and maintain tests.
- Knowledge of any of the PHP frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively with a team.
- Experience with performance profiling of PHP code.
- Familiar with Linux and containerization technologies.
